Everything. Facilities, interior design, service, prompt response are perfect. Location is absolutely best for me as it is right next to The Market Nanglinchee, where Anytime Fitness is located at 3rd flr. There is also a Tops Supermarket, bakery, food stalls, restaurants where I get my affodable for my whole 1 week stay. It is near to BTS station. I was able to easily get to Suvarnabhumi Airport with Amsterdam as my next destination without the need of paying for an expensive cab or grab. It is surrounded also by convenience store and pharmacy. I had my perfect stay and recovery stay at this hotel!!! Thew view from my hotel was a plus!!!

Very Good

Very friendly staff. The room was extremely comfortable & quiet. The gym is small but functional. The inclusion of a laundry accessible to guests for use is a nice touch.

The breakfast while pleasant, is selected from a limited set menu in a cafe attached to the hotel. If you know about this going in, it's perfectly serviceable, but after a few days we would have preferred a buffet. The location has limited street life around it, (but two supermarkets are very convenient) but a Grab will get you to all the major attractions within 15-40 mins depending on the time of day. .

Perfect place for a clean stay, comfortable sleep, full-on city exploration.

- The location is one of the best since it is close to both sides of Bangkok city, old and new. Although it is not adjacent to any BTS stations, Shama is close to the main street and it is quite easy to hail a cab. - It is within walking distance to many nice restaurants, cafes, and a big supermarket. Perfect for your rest days or quick grabs of food or amenities. - The room is quite spacious considering the price and location of the hotel. It is comfortable and definitely exceeded my expectations for a place to sleep since I mostly spend my time exploring the city. - Laundry room and working space are nice touch even though I never used them.

An encounter with a staff member who fell short in projecting friendliness when helping me extend my stay here.

Very comfortable stay in a spacious and bright room.

Spacious room, and bathroom, with very comfortable beds. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was excellent as well.

The property is next to a fairly busy road, so not the most ideal to head out by foot.

Very comfortable bed, clean room and friendly staff.

Very comfortable bed, spacious bathroom. Good working air-condition. Friendly staff. We had a very long flight and were allowed to check in a bit earlier than the regular check-in - for this we are very thankful. Everything was very clean. Staff organizes a taxi (with taximeter) immediately.

Reason for not giving 10 stars: 1. There were some constructions going on next to the room in the other building for 2 days. So it was loud during the days from 8 am to 5 pm. I used earplugs to sleep. I guess it is not in the power of the hotel management, but we asked for other room and somehow we still could not change the room. Staff forgot it. 2. At 4:30 pm the room was still not cleaned and the cleaners wanted to clean when we just came back. I would expect the cleaning to be happening until 5 pm. 3. Air condition was a bit loud for me.

A place so comfortable you will regret spending time outside.

The bed was the most comfortable bed ever. Plus the facilities, attention to detail, how kind and helpful staff were, fully equipped gym, the WIFI was INSANELY fast!!’ And the lights in the room, you could turn on “master lights”, or “reading only”, “relax lights”, truly in awe. And don’t get me started with the shower and the bathroom… very comfortable

Impressive

Room was very spacious, liked the 7F view from the floor to ceiling windows, bathroom was enormous, a la carte breakfast was definitely better than average with lots of healthy options.

Room could have been cleaner at check-in, one of the reception staff wasn't very friendly (unlike the rest of her colleagues).

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel is genuinely pet-friendly, with an additional charge of 500 THB per night for our small dog. Unlike many other pet-friendly options, this hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The room was spotless, the bed and pillows were incredibly cozy, and the shower was excellent. The location is ideal if you enjoy the Sathorn area—quiet yet well-connected. We loved everything about our stay and will definitely be back.

The concierges were so helpful! The room was comfortable and the facilities were fantastic.

The location is a bit inconvenient for exploring Bangkok. The closest station was a 30min walk away. There is a shuttle service to take you to a station on certain days between certain hours though.
